Best Restaurants in Osaka

Osaka, Japan’s third biggest city and also part of Keihanshin metropolis, is a very nice place full of touristic views. With the population of 18 million people it is a very significant city.

From the point of view of eating, Osaka is a city full of sushi bars, restaurants and eating houses. From high-ranked restaurants to cheap places everything can be found here. The places ( 4 restaurants in Osaka) I’ve collected are not the most expensive ones, but they are still good. The prices of these places are average: neither expensive nor cheap. Tourists who don’t have billions should choose one of these restaurants when they visit Osaka.

Bureiku is located in the Kamishinjo area and it is one of the best restaurants in Osaka. Compared to other places, the prices are quite low; the average price of a menu is 2000 Yen. A lunch consisting of traditional Japanese dishes costs 800 Yen.

The restaurant is open every day. The lunchtime is between 11.30 and 14.00 from Monday to Saturday and from 11.30 to 17.00 on Sundays and holidays. It has a capacity of 22 guests.

The most popular dishes the restaurant serves are: Japanese sake, charcoal grill, Nabe and Shochu. The average price of a meal is 4300 Yen, but we can eat lunch for 780 Yen. This restaurant has a cover charge of 300 Yen/person, which does not include any food.

It is important to know that Fukushimarodan is closed on Sundays. On the other days it is open from 11.30 to 14.00 and from 17.00 to 24.00. The seating capacity of the restaurant is 35.

Kamesushi Souhonten

It is a typical Japanese sushi place: most of the meals include some kind of sushi. Compared to other restaurants, it is quite big; the capacity is up to 84 guests. The price of a lunch is 2000 Yen and the average of the prices is 4000 Yen.

The place is open every day: on Monday from 16.30 to 22.30 and on the other days from 12.00 to 22.30. It is a nice restaurant and no cover charge is needed here.

Kitasushi Honten

This is the biggest restaurant included in this article: it has a seating capacity of 98 persons. Here we can eat lunch for 1000 Yen, while the average price is 2500 Yen.

Kitasushi Honten can be visited every day, the only exception is New Year’s Eve and the two days following it. It is open starting from 11.30 until midnight. It is a nice restaurant and, additionally, English menu is also available.
